"Tonight marked my fifth visit, and three out of those five times, my food has arrived extremely late. I suspect it's a husband and wife team running the restaurant—when she’s there, everything flows smoothly, but when she’s not, the guy struggles to manage the front of the house. The kitchen is clearly producing food at a good pace, but he simply can't keep up. As a customer, it’s incredibly frustrating to see my order sitting on the counter getting cold while he focuses on delivery orders for drivers who aren't even present yet. You can't ignore your customers four or five times without acknowledging them!
This place can't thrive in its current situation, which is unfortunate because the food is fantastic. The owner needs to either work the counter or handle the expo, as he can't effectively do both right now, and it’s negatively impacting the business. They really need to hire another employee, and they need to do so urgently."
