"This unfortunate reality makes me reluctant to return, as I'm constantly reminded of why I dislike coming here. More often than not, my order is incorrect or incomplete. Despite this, the restaurant's proximity to my home does bring me back more than I’d prefer. There's one gentleman at the counter who is pleasant, friendly, and professional—if only the rest of the staff could be trained by him.
I hear similar complaints from friends who have visited this restaurant. It’s such a shame because it has potential; the food is great, albeit a bit overpriced. However, the poor service provided by the women there is tarnishing the restaurant's reputation in the community. I truly hope they can address this issue. It’s been around for quite some time, and it desperately needs a complete overhaul of its serving staff if they can’t improve quickly. I hope to one day change my rating to reflect the quality of the food and service that this establishment deserves, but for now, the staff is the main reason for my current low rating."
