"My wife called to inquire about the ingredients in their gluten-free pizza due to her numerous allergies, including some that could lead to anaphylaxis. She knows she can’t eat at most places but thought it was worth asking. While on hold, she was met with a very rude response when someone finally answered, asking her what other allergies she had. She mentioned that she had a few and requested that they read her the ingredients for confirmation. The person on the other end—who I assume was the manager or owner—dismissively said, "I threw the box away; call somewhere else," and then hung up on her. It's disappointing to see such behavior in today’s world. As a suggestion for businesses, a simple response like, "I'm sorry, I don’t have the box, but thank you for your understanding," would suffice and likely leave the caller feeling appreciated."
