"I normally don't write reviews, but could not hold my tongue after my last experience here. Before the recent management change renovation, I loved Hungry Hero's sandwiches and atmosphere (I live right around the block and came here very often). In my most recent visit today (post-renovations), I witnessed the manager (who is likely the owner) talk down at his worker in a very uncomfortable and unacceptable way. I will not let my money go to businesses (even if the food is good) that do not treat their workers with respect (at the minimum), unless I see a substantial change."
