"I am a huge fan of good sushi, so I was hopeful when I saw this place had 4.7 stars. The service certainly needs improvement. We came in as a party of three. We asked for chopsticks and were only given two pairs because apparently they were out. We asked for a minute to look at the menu and were given about 15 minutes so our waiter could talk to her coworkers with her back toward us. The food also needs improvement. I have had miso soup dozens of times and know exactly what to expect. Their miso was bland and watered down, but the disappointment did not stop there. I ordered 6 rolls of sushi. The seaweed wrap did not taste fresh at all. To add insult to injury, we were not offered a refill on our drinks until it was time for us to leave. There is nothing redeemable about this restaurant. "the worst customer service. I told the lady I'd take her home, she didn't give me a bag. but gave me my food. I didn't see any bags, so I assumed there were no bags in the load. I dropped my soultangsalat, went back and the woman cried after I told her and showed her that I dropped my soultangsalat and made me pay for a new one and said oh well sorry about it. then I had to call my mother and she went on to tell me and my mother, I didn't pay for the second psychtangsalat, I have a statement to prove that I did and then said that she didn't remember me, she doesn't know me and hanged on my mother and I. I will not eat here again for their evil attitude and high spirit."
