"The beef taquitos were served completely cold, and to make matters worse, they were soggy and falling apart. There was no guacamole included, and no hot sauces for dipping were provided. Now, on to the soup. Having recently lost my parents and unable to cook, I thought this would be a nice, comforting meal since we love The Patio—I even celebrated my birthday there with many friends. I was hoping for a soothing soup, but unfortunately, it was loaded with so many bones that eating it became a daunting task. Even worse, it arrived cold and was lacking in flavor, which is surprising since I've heard it’s one of their most popular dishes. I'm baffled because the large bones completely overshadowed the soup itself. We didn't enjoy any of it; there was hardly any hominy to speak of. The taquitos were inedible, and we barely touched the soup. To be honest, this experience made an already emotional evening even more difficult for us."
