"I was referred to this restaurant by one of my clients, and I couldn't wait to give it a try. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful, and the food was astonishing. I began my meal with the Marshmallow Soup, which, despite its name, doesn’t actually contain any real marshmallows. It was served with fresh bread. My waitress, Angelica, provided excellent recommendations. The soup was delightful—the “marshmallows” are actually mini goat cheese soufflés, which were fantastic, all immersed in a lovely carrot and tomato soup! For my next course, I tried a salad that Angelica suggested. I swapped the bleu cheese for goat cheese, and I would rate it a perfect 10/10! Finally, I indulged in the chocolate soufflé paired with a cup of espresso. I couldn’t finish it all; it would be great to share. The flavor was incredible, and it was served piping hot. I sat at the little bar, where I had the opportunity to watch them prepare the soufflés—it was fascinating! I definitely plan to return soon!"
