"Really enjoyed our experience here. We went on Saturday night at about 7pm, with no reservation. We were able to immediately sit outside, and it was a beautiful night. Water was brought out quickly and we got our drink orders in. My husband got a bourbon and thyme drink which he absolutely loved. I had tea and it was fresh and good. We tried to get the calamari but we're unable to due to my peanut allergy. I was very pleased with how serious the waitress took my allergy, and she came back and told us we couldn't get the calamari due to nuts. We opted to not get an appetizer at that point. I got the apple pork chop. It was amazing. Super thick cut chop with an apple glaze over some of the best fresh homemade applesauce I've had. It was served with incredible mashed potatoes, seriously you won't be disappointed with these potatoes. And some simple broccolin. He got the shrimp risotto and it was fantastic as well. The shrimp were large and juicy and the risotto itself was packed with flavor. A huge generous portion of risotto. We also shared the truffle lobster Mac and cheese. It was good, the lobster was succulent, but the flavor of the truffle was a bit overpowering for my pallet, tho my husband disagrees saying it was just right. Service was good, she was busy so it could've been slightly better, but that's okay. Overall, very happy with our dinner!"
