It is not only coated with topping on both sides, but it is soft and delicious especially if toasted with cream cheese.<br/ <br/ If that isn't your thing, I reccomend the Pumpernickel with their Walnut maple cream cheese.<br/ <br/ All of their bagels are so tasty, the service is fast and friendly, and it is conveniently located in the neighborhood.
