"On my second visit, the waitress brought me the wrong order, so I had to wait again, and when my food finally arrived, it was barely warm. The third time, although the young waitress was friendly and attentive, my scrambled eggs were overcooked, the cheese was hard, and the hashbrowns were not crispy as I had requested. Once again, the food was not hot.
My most recent visit on the 24th was similar; the same waitress who had given me the wrong order served me the exact same wrong order again, and I had to wait for food that was still only lukewarm. When I went to pay, I encountered a very large woman with black hair and glasses who was chewing on her thumbnail right in front of me. There was no inquiry about my meal or anything—she was completely disengaged. I jokingly asked her if her thumbnail tasted good, suggesting that the food might be better. She shot me a glare, handed me my receipt, and walked away before I could even sign it, never to return.
The entire experience felt unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service, which I have never encountered before. It was utterly frustrating and left me very disappointed."
