"The restaurant is obviously lacking sufficient staff. The chicken I received was overly greasy—almost enough to use as lubricant for my truck! I get that it's at a truck stop, but waiting 20 minutes for my order is simply unacceptable. I've eaten at other Popeyes locations and have never faced this issue before. The entire dining area was filled with frustrated customers who expected to wait just 5 minutes for their meals. I can only recommend this place if you have no other options—like, if choosing to go without food isn't an alternative."
