I explained that I ordered through their website and that it was their responsibility to handle the issue with the driver. He dismissed my concerns, stating it wasn't his problem. I was extremely frustrated, especially since my children had gone without food for hours. To make matters worse, he began cursing at me and abruptly hung up the phone. I genuinely don't understand how such unprofessional behavior is tolerated in the restaurant industry. Please consider taking a stand against this type of rudeness and unprofessionalism, and avoid ordering from them. Restaurants like this tarnish the reputation of halal eateries. There are many other establishments with similar menus that offer much better service."
