"The food has gotten thinner slices of mushroom or paper thin and the bread has a different flavor what happened to all the vegetables PS the onions little tiny squares I know it's nice to save money but this is ridiculous PS this is only my opinion Ijust won't go to places that food gets thinner hopefully you can do better thanks guys I'm going to miss the old store lots ofremodeling but I think the food's more important have a great day"

"Well normally we appreciate this location.but today this 1 lady was completely rude to my husband. As paying customers we deserve better customer care. The manager or the person in charge was amazing. The person who made the pizza was very inconsiderate to our diet needs. We still go to this establishment for pizza the people are very kind. Tonight we got a large pepperoni, mushrooms, olives and onions. Very delicious our pumpkin enjoys the crust we don't eat. "Delicious pizza! I really enjoy the bread-like crust here. If you like eating leftover pizza cold the next day, this one is perfect for that. I also appreciate that the pepperoni pizza comes generously topped with slices all over, unlike other places that skimp on the toppings. My husband is a fan of the five meat stuffed pizza, which is loaded with toppings, and he enjoys cooking it on his Traeger grill. I admit that we usually go for Domino's because it's cheaper, but this restaurant has been offering better coupons lately, making it more budget-friendly, which is great! I also like that after ordering and paying online, you can simply walk in and pick up your order without waiting in line. Sometimes they do get really busy, though, so the wait can be longer than the estimated pick-up time, but that's to be expected; just be patient or order a bit earlier in the day."

"This place is ridiculous!! Come in and ordered 2 pizzas with several people in front of me. As I'm watching all the pizzas being made because the lobby is full of people.When they got to mine they messed it up and the girl gives me attitude and has the nerve to say to the other worker I hate when people watch you make their pizza then say it's wrong after it's done. "I recommend not ordering online from this restaurant, as it seems to lead to issues. I placed an online order, but someone else picked it up and had no idea what I had ordered. I only received one of the three items I paid for. When I called to resolve the issue, they promised to call me back, but I never heard from them. "Love this place. My go to pizza right now. Use the coupons you get in the mail. Go on Tuesdays as they have any large pizza for 12 dollars. Fantastic!!! Set the temp right on your oven and rotate at 6 minutes. I take the pizza out just around 10 or 11 minutes I think. Let it cool and use a big knife to slice it. (i have to use a separate oven thermometer because the temp goes way higher than I what I set on my oven. Pictured: large on original crust. Half red sauce half garlic white sauce. Extra cheese, pepperoni, salami, Italian sausage, light black olives (ordered regular olives and plucked to my preference. Fantastic staff! Josiah I think is his name is always a pleasure to work with. 5 stars every visit."

"I have been in countless times and up until a couple of months ago I was pleased with the service I got. Then I had to deal with Gracie and since then every thing has gone downhill. She is the rudest employee I have come across anywhere in years. We have been in twice now with issues on our orders and she is rude, aggressive, and has no customer service ability whatsoever. She never apologizes for any inconveniences that are caused by the staff's errors and she is extremely confrontational. Both times the errors were the staff's fault and neither time was there any apology offered. I try to have a little to do with the staff as possible."
