"This restaurant definitely has potential, but under the current ownership, it won't survive much longer. We visited on a Tuesday evening for dinner before an engagement. Initially, we waited a long time at the patio entrance with others, but no one came to seat us, so we decided to walk in and sit at the bar. Once there, we found ourselves with no server attending the bar and several other patrons waiting for service as well. After about 15 minutes, we finally received our drinks, but still no one took our food orders. We waited another 20 minutes without any opportunity to order.
During our wait, multiple people approached the bar asking to be seated, as there was no staff available to assist them. It was clear that the workers were doing their best, but the owners seemed indifferent to their struggles. The minimal staffing made it impossible for everyone to get the service they needed. Some customers mentioned that the owners had let go of a skilled team and purposely reduced staff to save money. In fact, people were walking out due to the poor service, and we nearly did the same, arriving late for our engagement.
I ordered two a la carte tacos, while my husband opted for the taco platter, which was supposed to come with beans and rice. What we received was disappointing—a tiny serving of beans in a 2-ounce cup with a lid and just a spoonful of potatoes. I've never seen a dish served this way; it was quite absurd.
This restaurant's business prospects look grim, especially with so many dissatisfied customers. Unless the owners start valuing their employees and actively contribute to the operations, their establishment is unlikely to last."
