"Me and my wife were searching for something different for a spontaneous place to eat, and let me tell you Freddy's didn't disappoint us at all. "I will adjust my rating after trying more food from this restaurant. So far, I only had the frozen custard, which was excellent. Stay tuned. As of November 3rd, I finally tried some of their actual food. I can confidently say it tastes amazing. I had a double cheeseburger, tried a chicken tender courtesy of a friend, and had some fries (battered fries? ...absolutely delicious). Giving it 5 stars, highly recommend it!"

"Came from out of town. The line was almost to the street and we were still in and out with a car full of combos and drinks. We got our condiments, napkins, and great service. The Fantastic Food was the icing on the cake. I'll be eating here a few more times before I head back home. (The food was so good we're going to give the one near us a try when we get home. It's fairly new and we weren't sure if we wanted to give it a go. Great Staff, Thank You So Much. Great first meal of our Holiday!"

"Food was okay a little salty as far as the fries but what really got me was my daughter falling from water they didn’t clean up and she really hurt her knee. There was no remorse or is she ok or anything just a well we’re back and forth and was unable to put the sign down. Wasn’t happy with the service at this restaurant. No one cared. Now I have to take my daughter to the hospital to check on her knee. Will be contacting corporate to further investigate this and pictures were taken as well. My daughter is hurt that she was also laughed at she said she heard them laugh sad people are treating children like this. Also the tables all of them were dirty"

"My husband and I went tonight for a late dinner after work. We were both pretty hungry and decided Freddy’s would be quick and tasty. We were the only people in the restaurant and ended up waiting a few extra minutes for our food than normal. When I checked the receipt to see how long it had been, it was about 11-12 minutes. Not too bad, but noticeable to us since we were the only ones inside. We aren’t the kind of people to speak up about it though, so we just continued to wait. After receiving our food, a kind worker came up to us and offered us a couple meal vouchers and apologized for our wait. She made sure to let us know that we could approach her with any concerns or needs. It was very nice of her! When we were finished eating, I was just about to go up to get my ice cream (that I had ordered with our meals) when the lady came back to our table holding two vanilla custards. She offered them to us for free, and when I told her that I was just about to get my ice cream that I ordered, she asked for my order number and immediately went to fetch the ice cream for me! She was awesome! My husband really enjoyed his vanilla custard too. I wish I would have gotten her name, but still had to share the amazing customer service she displayed tonight! We will definitely be back to Owasso Freddy’s!"

"You place your order at the counter, and then they call you when your food is ready for pickup. The service is excellent, and the food is fantastic. Freddy's offers a variety of options including burgers, hot dogs, and chicken tenders, along with sides of fries and cheese curds. Their dessert selection features sundaes and concretes. In my opinion, the cheese curds are a must-try; they’re one of the highlights of the menu. "So easy, used the drive through. It was quick, a great value and very yummy! "I am very disappointed with the poke bowl I ordered through their website a few weeks ago. I want to start by saying that I reached out to them via email on the same day, hoping they would rectify the situation and prevent me from writing this negative review. However, two weeks have passed without any response. My main issue is that I paid nearly $18 for a bowl that was only half the portion of what I usually receive when I order in person at the restaurant. Even the rice was insufficient! While the taste was fine, I had to scrape off the artificial wasabi paste that I didn’t ask for. My advice is to visit the restaurant in person to place your order and watch them prepare your food. I will not be ordering through their website again."

"It took us 25 minutes to get our food from the drive through. They said they only had 4 people on staff. The last time we were at this location it took just as long when we went in and it wasn?t busy. Our concretes are melted when given to us, no straws, no napkins, no spoons. Someone came out and asked if we?d been given our drinks at least before being asked to park and wait, we said no and it was another 10 minutes before we saw anyone else. We couldn?t go in and get anything or talk to anyone because they?d locked the doors to the restaurant."
