"The food at this restaurant is consistently served cold and not fresh. While it's somewhat clean, the manager and staff are quite unfriendly. The manager lacks any real customer service skills, making it clear that she doesn't care about whether customers leave happy or satisfied. This creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the area itself feels unsafe, with many homeless individuals begging and reports of robberies. I only stop by when I'm on my way to work, as I don't live nearby. The establishment definitely needs new management, as well as some updates, a fresh coat of paint, and, most importantly, a friendlier staff."
