"It's doesn't cost extra to be nice.An oldman with walker walked in, and asked for cup of ice water. The big lady in the counter replied 1. The old man said ok can you fill it with ice first then put the water. The lady got annoyed with this request and refused to sell the oldman cup of ice.The old man is paying so he can make the request like everyone else, and the lady exercising her right to refuse service because she got annoyed. Fair enough.Her customer service would have been applauded if she serve the oldman even it's only a 1.Don't get me wrong I love the food here but people in the service need to be have humility and kindness esp with elders.I used to worked at McDonald, and I tried to serve older people with better service and even helped them put their trays to their table esp the one on the wheelchair and walker back then senior coffee was on .65 cent and comes with sugar and cream depends how seniors like their coffee."
