"First time going to this store. Ordered a lamb gyro and a 5 pc. Chicken. Unfortunately the gyro fell out of the bag on to the side walk before even reaching the bakery. Immediately went back in with the gyro and my credit card in hand was going to order another one. When the employee said I can 't do nothing This made me decide to not order another gyro. I left the gyro on the counter. Unfortunately the chicken was delicious. But I will not patronize this business."

"I went to get 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuit combos. ALMOST $20! That is insane! If I wanted to pay for over cooked sausage and bacon I’ll would do it myself. Not only that but they didn’t have all sides available. I can see if the food was worth it but that’s ridiculous. Bojangles you can get way more food for less. And the quality is better Food: 1 Service: 1"

"Strange. My previous review was deleted. I stopped eating here quite some time ago (Used to live in the area, still work in the area) as the way I have seen them treat people is sick and with open hostility and contempt, and as paying customers. I wouldn't eat here the way they talk to people and practically scurry them out the door with strange tones. How people are treated matter, eat somewhere else. They are aware of their economic demographic and their behavior toward customers. We don't have to beg for anything. Economically speak with your dollars, plenty of places where you will be treated with decency and respect as a patron."

"I give this place two stars. Service was good when taking my ordered. But once I got my food the service quickly switched. I asked for a ranch and they said it would be 80 something cents. I said on that's fine I just need a ranch please. So I gave the young man my card. The other dude tells him cash only. I tell them I don't have cash. They tell me then I can't get the ranch. I'm not from this area I just work in this area. I must say these food places need to work on their customer service. Cause north Texas would never be this rude."

"This is by far the best place to go to for a chicken sandwich and most likely everything else on their menu. My boyfriend and I stopped here when we were driving by and we wanted to try the spicy chicken sandwiches and oh my god so delicious. The absolute BEST chicken sandwiches we ever had, such high quality chicken, most delicious spicy sauce covering the chicken and what we loved the most was it wasn’t all breading it was absolutely perfect and this restaurant definitely needs more attention!! Also very cost effective and most restaurants aren’t these days. We definitely will be coming back!!"

"I will not be returning due to the poor service. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and although there were two waitresses available for just a few tables, they mostly kept their distance from the customers. They didn’t check in on us or offer us drinks until we asked for a refill. The chicken was good, but the other dishes didn’t impress. Now I understand why there weren’t many customers during lunch!"

"The experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful. I placed an order through Grubhub two hours before the restaurant closed. After waiting for about an hour, I received email notifications saying that my order would be arriving shortly. However, the restaurant then called to inform me that they had canceled my order because it was too late for delivery, even though they were still open for another hour. They did not give me a polite explanation or apology. I decided to cancel my order without saying anything. To my surprise, two days later I realized that I had still been charged by the restaurant. I contacted Grubhub and they informed me that the restaurant had never actually canceled my order. Fortunately, Grubhub provided me with a voucher and a refund for the inconvenience."

"I used to go there because it’s halal and they used to have really good fried chicken. However, the food isn’t as good as it used to be. The customer service is really disappointing. I ordered a combo, but they only gave me a sandwich. They also don’t provide any ketchup or sauces. The last time I dined in, I had to go to the counter four times just to ask for sauce, and they only gave me two packets. The next day when I took my food to go, they didn’t give me any sauce at all. I really don’t understand what they’re thinking. Overall, the service is very poor."
