"I tried calling this restaurant at 2:50am to order lunch, but they didn't answer the phone. I arrived at 2:58am and the lady made a remark about me being early. She informed me that the lunch special had ended at 3:00am. I ordered the bourbon chicken but she forgot to give me my egg roll. The food was okay, but I'm not sure if I'll be coming back."

"We tried to dine here this evening after a long exhausting day of driving on our road trip. The place was not too busy and would be closing within the hour. We walked in and took a table. Oddly, none of the staff acknowledged us or brought water and menu. They were standing very close to where we were sitting but did not even look at us. Finally I went over to ask for menus. The server and cashier were bizarrely rude and said we hadn 't waited to be seated and should move our table if we wanted to be served! There were plenty of tables! They were hostile and instead of just saying sorry for not getting to our table, they dug in and said we shouldn 't have taken a table! Unbelievably rude and lacking any sense of customer service, frankly flat out stupid. Then the manager came out and instead of defusing the situation, made it worse. Of course we left after being treated so poorly when all we wanted was to have a nice dinner. Wacko staff and management can 't comment on the food because we had to leave! We don 't live in Jonesboro, but I would never go back to a place that doesn 't have a clue about how to treat a customer!"
