"My husband ordered a carnitas burrito with no onions, but when the food arrived, it was loaded with onions. I returned the burrito to the cook and reminded him that my husband specifically asked for no onions. He acknowledged me, but when my husband picked it up again, it was still filled with onions and even cilantro. I communicated in Spanish, so it wasn't a language barrier issue.
I had to go back a third time, and this time the cook appeared angry. He snatched the food and threw it in the trash. By this point, my husband was done with it and requested a refund. The cook, still upset, began cursing under his breath. This is not the way customers should be treated.
I've been coming to this Campos Tacos for years, but unfortunately, the new staff lacks patience and listening skills. I'm sorry, but I won’t be returning. This was truly the worst experience ever."
