"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They couldn't get my order right and I had to repeat myself multiple times. When I got home with my sandwich, it was completely wrong—not just a little off, but everything was incorrect. I requested extra toppings, which were missing, and instead, there were ingredients I didn't ask for that were added. I specifically asked for those to be removed, but they were doubled. I have no idea how this happened, but this has been by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Jimmy John's."

"I've been ordering from Jimmy John's since they opened in Monroe, frequently getting box meals for team sports, birthday parties, and more. Today, I ordered a #5, which is the Italian, online. When I picked it up on my way back to work, I was disappointed to find that it contained only one slice of turkey. I might not have complained if it at least resembled a proper sandwich. Since I couldn't leave work, I called to ask if it could be delivered (I'm still in Monroe). However, since it was already a pickup order, they informed me that I would be charged a delivery fee. So, after using my gas to pick it up, I would then have to pay a delivery fee due to their mistake? They've just lost a loyal customer from the very beginning."

"Oh, absolutely horrendous! I went in at 12:30 a.m. and this worker name caleb (I think he's new) was very rude to me. he was on the phone and when I said I needed help, he told me to keep the flap. I am insulted by this service and this generation. that is an absolute annoying and I will not come back. caleb ruined my dear to jimmy John’s because I no longer feel welcome there. when I gave him my order (on white brot), he recommended a slimmy jimmy instead. he said that's probably better for me. thank you for ruining my jimmy john's experience. they don't earn the $12 per hour they do. I can't believe this generation."

"Never had an issue at this location until today. I called to place an order and about half way thur the conversation the girl who was talking my order keep saying hello Hello, thinking it was my phone, I proceeded to call on my land line. The same girl answered and said hello hello again and proceeded to giggle and hung up. I then proceeded to call back with another phone and same thing. So I drove to the restaurant and proceeded to ask if the were having issue with there phone and they insisted there was no problem. As I turn I say one of the other girls smerking. I get it that it was close to closing time but I know I will be taking my business to another location."

"I want to start by saying that I enjoy the sandwiches at Jimmy John's. However, I've encountered an ongoing issue with my orders. Whenever I request extra Jimmy peppers, which are listed as a free option when customizing my sandwich, I either receive none at all or, like today, just three on each half of the sandwich. I even had a delivery driver mention that the manager stated they sell hats for extra peppers! Extra peppers are an option on their website! Additionally, we often ask for napkins but never receive any. I think I might just give up and start going to Subway, where I can have as many peppers as I want. It doesn't make much sense, but they really seem to hoard their peppers."
