"The restaurant has a new owner who is also the chef, and unfortunately, the quality has taken a hit. The extra items that used to come with meals, as well as complimentary drinks, are no longer offered, which might have been acceptable if the food was still good. Sadly, the only dish that stands out is the Philly cheesesteak. I spoke with an employee who was quite frank about the situation and mentioned that the owner is dismissive of customer feedback; whether patrons enjoy the food or not seems to be of little concern to him. As a result, employees often face the brunt of customer complaints regarding the cooking, which frequently lacks seasoning, can be overcooked, and doesn't offer any refund options. Business has dropped to about half of what it once was, and without significant changes, it's difficult to see how they can keep going much longer. In summary, I would suggest exploring a different location of Sam's."
