"As it was my first visit, I found it a bit challenging to decide what to order, but I ultimately couldn't resist trying the Birria Tacos that I spotted on Google Maps. The food arrived quickly, and I was eager to dig in. A word of caution: these tacos were quite messy, and I ended up using about three large napkins to clean up! The plate came with three tacos, a salad, some Birria dipping sauce, and a green hot sauce. I found myself opening the tacos to add a squirt of the green sauce before dipping them into the Birria sauce.
While the tacos were tasty, I didn't think they compared to the Chica Tacos at Ramirez. On the downside, they were quite greasy and contained more fat than I typically prefer in a taco (I’m not a fan of excess fat in my tacos). They were also a bit slippery to the touch. However, the flavor was fantastic! So, would I return? Absolutely! I enjoyed the chips and salsa and would love to explore more items on the menu."
