"I ordered fried pickles and fries, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The fries were hot but undercooked, and the pickles were swimming in grease when I opened the box. If a customer has a complaint, it is the responsibility of the business owner to address it. I came in to enjoy a meal, not to have a debate. I’m a regular customer, and even though I didn't ask for a refund out of respect for the hard work that goes into this place, I still felt let down. I hope you can improve and earn some business credit to avoid situations like this in the future."
