"This is definitely one of my top three favorite burger spots, probably sharing the top spot with Lenny's. It's more affordable than typical fast-food places and far superior to them all combined. The burgers are freshly made, never stale, and the flavors are clean, simple, and delicious. You can really taste the perfectly seasoned beef along with all the fresh ingredients. I usually visit the Peoria location, but this was my first time at the Desert Ridge location. Although there was a long line, it was absolutely worth the wait. The woman taking orders outside was a great first point of contact and helped speed things along. The person at the payment window could use some tips on customer service; they weren't bad, but there’s room for improvement. Luckily, the guy at the pickup window made up for it. Overall, In-N-Out consistently delivers an amazing experience!"
