"When you order a dish labeled "cold ginger chicken," you naturally expect it to be served cold. Unfortunately, every time I've ordered it, it has not been cold. When I asked the staff if it was meant to be cold since it was takeout, he rudely replied that if I wanted it cold, I should have specified that in my order. However, the menu clearly states it should be cold, so why should I have to double-check? Hasn't he ever tried this dish in places like Mui Kwai or Kin Wah in Hawaii? He should know how it's supposed to be served. It was a disappointing experience. Plus, on one occasion, the chicken was spoiled. This just reinforces the need for the dish to be cooked, cooled, and refrigerated immediately for safety!"
