"We kicked off our meal with the idlis, which were delightfully soft and fluffy, perfectly complemented by the accompanying chutneys. The puri bhaji was another standout; the puris were crispy, and the potato bhaji was bursting with flavor and spice. The upma also impressed us with its well-balanced seasoning, making it a comforting choice for a leisurely weekend morning. And we can't overlook the jalebi—it was a sweet delight that made for a wonderful finish to our meal.
While we enjoyed most of the offerings, we were slightly let down by the dosas; they weren't as crispy as we had hoped. However, this was just a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic dining experience.
In addition to their weekend brunch, Vaibhav hosts chaat nights on Wednesdays, which we highly recommend. The restaurant can get busy during peak hours, but if you arrive early or are willing to wait a few minutes, you'll find a table without needing a reservation.
Vaibhav is a great place to gather with friends and family who appreciate Indian cuisine. The spacious layout can accommodate larger groups, and the pricing is quite reasonable, with both buffet and à la carte options available. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Vaibhav and will definitely be back!"
