"I?ve been to both other locations in my area on numerous occasion so I know the level of food to expect from sushi factory. This experience was well below my expectations. The fried items were cold in the middle, the raw fish was warm, the tempura shrimp inmy sushi tasted like old oil. I had to order my daughters food multiple times before she got it (well into our meal), thechildren who helped serve us were better servers than the adults. They argued with us about the Groupon we used AFTER they hadus redeem it. It was a poor experience and I won?t be returning to this location in the future."
