"I placed an order on Uber Eats at 12:17 pm. While eating my meal, I discovered a bug halfway through. Feeling disgusted and unable to call myself due to work commitments, I had to leave. I informed a friend who came to my workplace, but when she tried to contact the restaurant, she was told it was too late to address the issue because I had waited 3 hours. I was shocked by the poor customer service. I reached out to Uber Eats and plan to return the contaminated food to them tomorrow. I had hoped to resolve the issue quietly, but their response has left me no choice but to voice my concerns here, on Uber, and even contact the health department. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem after ordering from them multiple times. This is extremely disappointing and disturbing. It could have been a cockroach for all I know."
