"They used to be fantastic, and we ordered from them regularly! I recently came home on vacation, and my fiancé and I decided to enjoy some Chinese food for dinner. I saw that they offered online ordering, so I placed an order for General Tso's chicken. When it arrived, it was just plain fried chicken. When I called to complain, they told me to bring the food back, insisting that it wasn't wrong. When I returned it, they gave me an order of lo mein, which wasn't what I had ordered once again. I had to bring that back too, and they offered no refund. They even blamed my fiancé for their mix-up, but I had placed a separate order for chow mein online—how was that his fault? Their quality control is clearly lacking! This whole experience wasted my time, gas, and money, with no effort to resolve the issue. It's disappointing that they chose to point fingers instead of owning their mistake. On top of that, the person I spoke with hung up on me three times and claimed that I was the one hanging up! This is just bad business. Rather than addressing the problem from the start, he insisted we were in the wrong. I will never return, and I will share my experience with anyone who asks!"
