"So, I just ordered a cheeseburger deluxe and a grilled chicken sandwich. I opened the chicken sandwich because it did NOT look anything like chicken. I called them back to tell them I received the wrong thing and that grilled chicken is supposed to be a white breast and not a brown and pink glob of fat. They said that I did not state I wanted white chicken. Um...that's literally what grilled chicken is. Anyway, they said we can bring the new sandwich but I have to pay for it and that they will take the old sandwich back. I asked why and they Honestly hand to God said I have to pay again because I already bit into the sandwich THEY CANNOT RESELL IT !!! OMG They resell returned food!! Stay clear of this place!!! That is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard in my life!!!"

"WORST CHINESE FOOD EVER!!! The wontons in the soup were not cooked all the way! The wontons were hard and thick and the meat inside looked suspect! The fried chicken was gross. The egg foo young gravy was sweet. The general Tso’s chicken was hard and the sauce was oily and gross. The rice was undercooked and had no flavor. We threw everything out and had upset stomachs. I will be requesting a refund."

"The food is consistently hot and delicious. I've been ordering from them for years; it's my favorite spot. I just wish the delivery was a little faster. But I guess that's what happens when you're too comfortable to drive, haha. The prices are average for Chinese cuisine, so we usually spend about $60 for the two of us. "I ordered through door dash while in town for a meeting. The beef and broccoli was amazing. Ordered mushrooms extra which made it even better. The crab Rangoons was 20% larger than Panda Express and you could taste the filling, there was plenty. The egg drop soup had a great taste as well. My dasher Krissy was fast, and the food was all hot. Had higher reviews in door dash, which I think is more accurate in this case. Only suggestion would be to include utensils. Luckily the hotel had some."

"This used to be my favorite spot for Chinese food, but my recent experience was underwhelming. The chicken fried rice lacked flavor, and the chicken was tough and chewy, seemingly overcooked. The fried chicken wings were dry, tough, and somewhat over-seasoned. On the positive side, I did enjoy the cream cheese wontons. I think I’ll just go to Great Wall for those, as I can easily make the rest at home and save some money."
