I’ve tried to support this deli since it’s close to home, but for years, I’ve had consistently poor experiences, particularly with the young man in the hat behind the counter. He seems distracted and rushes through orders, leading to frequent mistakes. It feels like no one, including the owner, takes customer complaints seriously. I visited today and decided it would be my last time there. The owner should be embarrassed by how customers are treated. I’m done ordering from them. The food is uninspired and overpriced, and it feels like they only see their customers as dollar signs. From now on, I’ll get my sandwiches from Shop Rite, where they are not only cheaper but also much better."
