"The owners of this restaurant are very eager to give their customers a great dining experIence. They have made up a separate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free menu, so be sure to ask for it. They have been working with Blue Zones Project Umpqua, to put together healthy plant based menu items that are tasty and satisfying. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. If you see a dish on their regular menu that you would like, the owner has said that tofu or vegetables can be substituted for most meat dishes. If you want little or no oil, be sure and ask for that as well."
