"I hadn't been in here since prior to the pandemic and won't be coming back after my experience earlier today. Must be a new owner, Suki or Saki. Called me Hon on the phone multiple times when I ordered the food. Got there to pick up my order, AC turned off, all lights turned off, hot and steamy in the restaurant, stale air, small fan on by the soda fridge, very uncomfortable. She is alone and completely disorganized, doesn't acknowledge you, waited 15 minutes to pickup my order after my arrival, was fussing too much with trying to get the laptop to play music while customers were waiting to get food. She kept yelling things to people in the back in her native language. She rang up my order using the menu along with the menu item numbers written on the containers. When I got the food home, I looked through the register receipt, compared it to the menu and was intentionally overcharged on four items out of five items ordered, and they left out an item I had ordered, but thankfully wasn't charged for it. The beef in the Beef and Broccoli was fatty and chewy and practically inedible, all the other items were mediocre at best. Was going to go back and confront Suki or Saki about it, but decided not to because it wouldn't have been pretty. This place became skeevy and disgusting, and Saki or Suki is deceitful with overcharging, and runs a little skanky herself in appearance. Don't even want to imagine how filthy and unsanitary the kitchen must be. Never had a problem with Mrs. Wong or the Wong family in years past, they were always quick and efficient, food quality was always very good, but this place now is the pits and won't be going back."
