"On November 28, 2022, at 4:45 p.m., I went to order a classic chicken sandwich. However, when I reached the window, the lady informed me that they didn't have any chicken sandwiches available. I overheard them discussing something, and then she returned to say that she had two tenders ready if I still wanted the sandwich, claiming that was how it was served. I explained that that's not accurate, as a classic chicken sandwich consists of one piece of meat, not two tenders. She insisted they were trying to improvise. I understand that, but I don't appreciate being told that this is how it typically comes after receiving incorrect information. The lady was hurried and seemed to be rushing through the order. I wouldn’t be surprised if they actually had the chicken sandwiches but simply didn’t want to prepare them."
