Was told none ready I would need to wait 26 min. Waited the time and recd a new box with a back and drum stick and no coleslaw. "Check your order first before you leave this branch of Kung Fu! Location: it is located inside Queens Crossing Mall, it is food court so you just buy and go but there are few seatings if you want to dine in. Service: I just ordered and according to the receipt she got everything right but when I am in my car, two of my orders does not have boba on it. Funny thing is that when she handed to me my order she told her co worker that they don’t have boba anymore. So what is that? You knew that there is no boba but still bill me thinking that my bubble tea has boba?? Also, when I opened one of them are leaking! Food: I almost taste all the flavors in KUNG FU TEA (other branch) but my favorites are: TARO: as always this is good! Taro with bubbles is great! THAI ICED TEA: this one is good too! Thai experience! MILK TEA: this is the original milk tea so this is always good! No question asked! COCO CREAM WOW: this one is new item and taste like chocolate milk you can buy in the grocery story and it was soo good! SESAME MATCHA: my newest favorite!! Love the earthy taste! Price rating: 4 out of 10. It is so cheap! I don’t recommend this branch of KUNG FU. Will not come back."

"In July 2022 we went through the drive through and ordered Extra Crispy Chicken. They said it would be about 10 minutes so we paid and parked. About 15 minutes later, the manager, CORY, came out to the car and apologized for the wait, but it would beanother 20 minutes wait for the Extra Crispy Chicken. He substituted for Regular Chicken and told us he would make it up to usnext time we were there. In August about 45 days later, we were back in Glen Carbon and went in. Cory duplicated our originalorder and added a couple of extra pieces of chicken. The order was almost $30 and he was true to his word and there was nocharge. I was surprised at his keeping his word. We went home very impressed with Cory and ate our dinner which was great. Wewill keep going there."

"First time getting the “bowl” in the picture it looks great but what you get is about 1/2 the size, what I got tasted good and thankfully I wasn’t that hungry. My mom asked for some BBQ sauce and the manager gave it to her only after telling her it only comes with the tenders. There was a sticker on the counter advertising the sauce and she promptly removed it. I thought to myself for $28.00 I should not have to beg for a tiny bit of BBQ sauce."

"I order through through the app 4 hours before I picked it up. When I arrived, I went through the drive thru and my order wasn't ready. The manager came to the window and I explained that I ordered ahead of time, because I had dinner plans with family and needed to be on time. He said he would make it personally right then, to pull up and it would be right out. 10 minutes went by and it never came. I went inside to wait. Q girl that worked there was carrying 2 bags of food out. I told her what I was waiting on and she said it wasn't mine. Turns out one of the bags wad mine! It went out to another customer and they brought it back. They have me the food anyway. They were honest that it was in another customers hands. The manager was very nice, but did not take care of me the way he should have and didn't follow through with what he said he was going to do. I waited for a total of 30 minutes and my wife and I decided to throw the food away because it went to another customer's vehicle.I haven't had a chance to write this review or ask for the refund.Do better KFC!"

"I hadn't had a meal this good in a long time! The food wasn't greasy or soggy at all. Unlike other KFCs, everything was fully cooked, and I didn't find any red meat near the bone, which was a relief. Plus, the woman at the drive-thru was extremely pleasant, with a little gray hair—truly a gem!"

"On November 28, 2022, at 4:45 p.m., I went to order a classic chicken sandwich. However, when I reached the window, the lady informed me that they didn't have any chicken sandwiches available. I overheard them discussing something, and then she returned to say that she had two tenders ready if I still wanted the sandwich, claiming that was how it was served. I explained that that's not accurate, as a classic chicken sandwich consists of one piece of meat, not two tenders. She insisted they were trying to improvise. I understand that, but I don't appreciate being told that this is how it typically comes after receiving incorrect information. The lady was hurried and seemed to be rushing through the order. I wouldn’t be surprised if they actually had the chicken sandwiches but simply didn’t want to prepare them."

"Ordered pulled up to pay, was told it'd be about 10 minutes for the chicken. Whatever, I already paid. So I waited and waited.. about 20 mins later out walks a lady to hand me my order, no apologies for making me wait or no thanks for the business. Get home to dish out the food 3/4 of the bucket was itty bitty pieces of chicken. For the price we paid for that family bucket meal, I was a little upset! "If 0 Stars was possible, that is what this location would recieve. Here is why:My wife ordered our food online. I arrive at the store and park infront of a sign that says curbside pick-up but the sign has now method of contact to get your food brought out.I go to the main door and its locked but there is a sign saying the lobby is closed. So I go to the drive through (which is packed).After 15min I get to the intercom and I'm told to leave the drive through and park by the side door, which coincidentally is where I was originally parked by the curbside pick-up sign.Another 15min goes by and the manager comes to my car holding an obscene amount of food and asks if it's mine. I say no and that I'm waiting for X order after being told to park here from the drive through.The manager then gets an attitude and says they don't bring food to people's cars and I was told to go inside. I told her I was never told to go inside, only to park here. Keep in mind that this manager is telling me they don't bring food to customer cars while bringing food to a customer's car. There are also no signs directing people to the side door for entry.I go in the side-door and stand near the counter to wait for my food. Another 5min pass and the manager, with even more attitude, again asks what I'm waiting for. I remind her of my X order and she points to an unmarked bag on a rack and tells me Take your food (It turned out the bag was marked, but it was facing the staff and not the customers). I won't be coming back.TL;DRGet your signage in order. If the lobby is closed, why are you ushering customers inside? If you don't bring food to customers, why do you have signs for curbside parking (this is a temporary sign and can be removed easily), and why did you tell me you don't bring food out while bringing food out. Lastly, don't get an attitude when people are confused by all of these contradictory messages..."

"I had a negative experience at this restaurant tonight. I used the drive-thru and ordered two chicken wraps and some sides. The young man working at the window took my money and accidentally dropped all my coin change on the ground. Instead of picking it up, he closed the window. When he returned with my food, I advised him to give the change before the bills since it easily slides off. Unfortunately, he didn't pay attention and didn't bother to replace the coins that had rolled under my car. He just closed the window without offering an apology, a thank you, or even a farewell. I don't blame the employee, but rather the manager for failing to properly train and supervise their staff. This was very disappointing. Additionally, my wrap wasn't even wrapped in paper properly. It was a very poor attempt at wrapping it. This whole experience was unacceptable."

"Ordered a 3 piece tenders combo. You would think that it would come with a drink. And the customer wouldnt have to reorder, pay for fees and an additional tip because the employees cannot double check their orders and make sure they are correct. By the time I contact the driver who was tipped and delivered the meal to ask where the drink is, theyve already left to the next job, and then chose not to respond back like mine did this time around. This kfc is consistent with omitting items from orders, not nice about correcting the wrongs and making them right or even triple checking to make sure all items ordered are complete and ready to go so it doesnt cost the customer additional Monies spent in fees, gas and tips. All because they either didnt train the employees correctly, dont care about quality of service and or take an extra 5 or 10 min even to ensure its correct. Like keeping the fryers clean and the oil fresh, making sure the chicken or side items hasnt been the the warmer longer than the 15-30 min hold."

"been coming here for while , as a mexican girl from houston it’s hard to find real authentic mexican food in hawaii. "When I mentioned to the manager how ridiculous the wait was, his response was that they had a lot of online orders. Well, clearly they can't manage that volume, and it's their responsibility to resolve the issue. That excuse doesn’t really cut it. They need to step up their game or hire more staff. The manager didn’t show any real concern, and it would have been nice to receive some sort of compensation, like a complimentary drink, to demonstrate that they value their customers. There was just a complete lack of care. I will never return to the KFC in Essexville again. It's truly laughable. No stars deserved from this frustrated customer. Funny enough, you have to submit a star rating, and while I might have clicked on one star, they certainly didn’t earn that."

"I have ordered from this KFC three times now, and each time an entire meal has been missing. This time, not only was a meal missing, but my extra side of biscuits and honey were missing as well (which may have been a good thing because they were small and rock hard). The biscuits were so hard that they literally bounced off the floor when I threw them. The fountain drinks tasted like soap. The 2-piece drum and thigh were very small, barely enough food for one small breast. It was ridiculous! At $50, I am extremely disappointed. This is the third strike for us."
