"Subs are typically really good. My issue is when I order my subs, they're rarely cut all the way through...I would rather not have to finish cutting my own sub. Also, when opting for no red/green pepper strips on the #56, it seems someone assumes wedon't want jalapeños, even though they're still selected on the ingredients. My recent visits have left me quitedisappointed. ? As a reply to the reply I was given, when ordering onthe app and customizing ingredients, there are separate options for jalapeños and red/green pepper strips. We opted for nored/green peppers, but left the jalapeño option selected. If we did not want jalapeños, we would have removed them as well. I am not sure how we could have been more specific than that. Two stars"
