"I have to say that the food at this restaurant was quite good, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. My family and I went for Mother's Day brunch and despite the fact that it wasn't very busy, it took over 45 minutes to receive our meals. We had dirty dishes on our table and the waitress was not very attentive. Out of our party of 10, only 8 of us received our meals after a long wait. My mother and husband were among the last to be served, even though they had ordered a simple rib sandwich and pancakes. We asked to speak to a manager about the situation, but it took over 15 minutes for her to come to our table. When we finally spoke to her, she did not seem very genuine in addressing our concerns. We had driven over 30 minutes to enjoy Mother's Day together, but the experience did not live up to the reviews. I'm not sure if we would consider coming back, especially considering the wait we had even when it wasn't busy. It's concerning to think about how the service would be during peak hours."
