"Our waitress was friendly and attentive, but the food was just mediocre, and the atmosphere left something to be desired. The restaurant felt quite warm, and the tables were too closely packed together. Even though we aren't large individuals, getting out of our seats required the person next to us to stand up, push their chair in, and make space for us to exit. This awkward arrangement affected diners at neighboring tables as well, making for an uncomfortable experience. I believe that removing one table from each side of the dining area would significantly improve comfort.
Despite having made a reservation weeks in advance, we were seated at a table meant for four, even though our group consisted of five adults. The person at the end of the table struggled with the table legs being in the way and lacked sufficient space for their plates and utensils.
When the food arrived, it was indeed tasty, but the portions of protein were disappointing. For example, my pasta and chicken dish contained very little chicken compared to what I experienced on previous visits. Given this recent experience, I’m not sure if we would return or recommend Bella Luna to others."
