"I had a fantastic breakfast this morning at an old-school diner on the outskirts of town, and I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent the food was! From the outside, you wouldn’t expect such high-quality dishes, but everything is made from scratch and, from what I tasted, absolutely delicious. I ordered eggs and spicy sausage, but I was originally interested in trying the posole. Unfortunately, they had just served the last bowl right before I arrived. The server informed me that they tend to run out every Saturday around 10:00 a.m. I even spoke with a guy who took the last bowl, and he mentioned that he comes here every weekend—either Saturday for the posole or Sunday for the menudo. I thought that was impressive until I learned he drives all the way from Yuma just to enjoy it. Wow, Yuma! I guess I’ll just have to get there earlier next time. Overall, great food, great service, and a classic diner vibe!"
