"I used to really appreciate this restaurant in 2019 for its consistent quality, but recently, I've noticed a significant decline in their service. Instead of proactively letting customers know about unavailable items when ordering online, they simply make substitutions without any communication. This is quite frustrating. The only reason I kept ordering from them was due to the outstanding customer service from the young lady in charge, who always resolved any issues. However, it seems that the rest of the staff responsible for preparing the orders doesn’t share her level of care for customers or the establishment. The taste of the food has also noticeably changed, which makes me think there may be different cooks in the kitchen. Unfortunately, given these recent experiences, I've decided not to order from this restaurant again."
