"What a wonderful experience. The place was so cute and intimate. The food was very good as well. Plus the service was outstanding.We basically just ordered everything from the HH menu. The Sardines Pate really stood out for me as I have never seen sardines served this way. The other one was the Puffed Chicharrones. OMG. I'm a crunch person so I couldn't stop eating them. The empanadas and croquetas were to die for as well. Perfect crunch on every bite and the fillings were tasty and piping hot. Also, the Mini Arepas were not only pretty but flavorful. The Cassava Toast with Black Bean Butter is perfect for munching. I could eat these while watching NetFlix all day...lol.Thank you to our star CM Farah for arranging this. What a discovery! I wasn't aware they were right smack on Miracle Mile. I'll be back to try some items from the main menu someday when I'm off."

"I called the restaurant to inquire about what went wrong, and they assured me that they haven't changed management or cooks, claiming that this pizza was made just like any other. They apologized for my dissatisfaction but didn't offer any remedy. This response has led me to decide that I won’t be ordering from them again anytime soon. Why? Because I once had a disappointing experience with a pasta dish at a nearby restaurant, and when I called to address the issue, they promptly offered me a replacement or a credit for my next visit. I had a similar favorable experience at a Chinese restaurant in Brickell, where they provided credit for my next order. Customer satisfaction and retention should not be that complicated."

"The food at La Comida was really good across the board. However, I ordered a Top Shelf margarita on the rocks. What I got was a glass almost filled with tiny, almost shaved ice, rather than big ice cubes. The taste was very bland, and for a $12 margarita, I expected more. I couldn 't even taste the tequila. I told the waiter about it, but he informed me that all their ice is of the tiny, shaved kind. Please, La Comida, switch the ice for your on the rocks drinks to large ice cubes. It makes a difference!"

"I have been a regular customer of this restaurant for the past 4+ years. In general the food was very good when we started ordering here, and the service was as expected. However, in the last years this place is losing its touch. Not only the food is getting worse and worse, but the service is the worst. Just today, I ordered a parrillada de carne for taking out. When I arrived home, there was not beef (carne). I called immediately to report the problem. Even though they gave me the beef, they made me feel like I was stealing from them because according to them they put the meat in. Look your recording, guys! Looking forward for a genuine apology. On the other hand, as you can see in the pictures confirming the lack of beef plus the arepa was all burnt, yellow potatoes were rancid. At the end only the beef was very good."

"I was very disappointed with the outcome of my visit to this restaurant. The waitress (1 of the 2) that assisted my table took so long to take orders and bring out our drinks. When we asked her a question she said she would get our waitress because there was a shift change (not sure what shift change took place because she was there up until I left). For appetizers we ordered the wings and guacamole with chips. The wings were jumbo just huge looked like drumsticks. They tasted horrible I couldn’t even eat the piece I bit. The guacamole was brown and the chips were hard like they had sat there for long just not fresh at all. When the entrees came out we were excited and hopeful that it would be a better experience. To our surprise that food was also very nasty and had a horrible taste. I immediately asked for the check and the waitress asked if we needed to go boxes due to her seeing that our plates were still full. We said no, we don’t need no boxes. She didn’t even take a moment to ask if everything was ok she said nothing except for thank you once she collected the bill money and her tip. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had dinning at a restaurant. Worst $125 spent ever."

"Being from Philadelphia New York, as a recent retiree here in Miami Lakes I been searching for a great sandwich shop, especially cheesesteak, Pastrami Italian cold cuts! WELL I FOUND IT! It took my a while to come down to this part of Hialeah from Moami Lakes on this Wednesday midday! First of all, this is a small shop on a strip of stores in an industrial area catering to the local working dudes! Order from Frankys wife at the counter, she will help you to choose take a seat. Most people use take-out. They will remember your name bring you your food to the table, if you choose. They are open at 7:30am serve breakfast until about 11am. Then it's sandwiches, sweets until about 5:30pm. They offer 2 size sandwiches! I went for the tuna salad, the Philly cheesesteak, the hot pastrami the Italian! Tasted them packed it all to take home. This is without a doubt as good as any sandwich shop I've been to in Philly, NYC , DC New Jersey! They just don't do one thing right! They do EVERYTHING right! Thanks Franky, see you again!"

"The older man cutting the chicken is VERYYYY rude and amargado. They don?t even give you a second to add toppings to your meal, everything is rushed and i was the only one there sooo??? "NEVER GIVING THIS PLACE MY MONEY AGAIN! I have tried to give them a couple chances but they let me down every time. Their portions can barely feed a toddler child. I ordered my favorite soup “sopa de Res” and they gave me 1 very small piece of meat for the entire soup. I don’t understand how they want to charge me almost $13 for a soup that is all water and 1 piece of meat. I asked if they can put more and they said no, it only has 1 piece. What is that? I suggest you go to a different fritanga where they will serve you an ACTUAL plate of food not something that will leave you hungry."

"Michelín chef to be??? The most delicious Cuban food in Miami!! Shakes were awesome! Themed with Cuban pictures and wooden chairs! "Disappointing! I used to love this place, but my recent experience was terrible. I drove over two hours from my visit to Atlantic City just to enjoy their food, but it was overpriced and quite unappetizing. The server used tongs to chop up the quarter chicken, resulting in a shredded mess. I only come to Paterson every three years or so for LA FE, but after this visit, I won't be returning. I wouldn't recommend it at all—zero stars."

"Frankly, this location is not as bustling as the Pinolandia 24/7 Fritanga down the street. With that being said, Yambo is a Nicoya staple. The indoor seating area and bar feel like you are in a fritanga back home. The prices are unbeatable, buckets of 6 Toñas for $30, a sampler plate that feeds a whole table. Where else can you say Selena Quintanilla and Hulk Hogan enjoyed some central American food? I like stopping in with family or out of town guests for the ambiance and colorful decor. If you are looking for faster service, try Pinolandia, but if you want an authentic sit-down experience, come to Yambo."
