"Gave us the wrong order. They put the heavy chicken fried rice on top of the styrofoam cashew chicken container so that it smashed the top in. The chicken fried rice container was dripping with so much grease that there was a pool of it in the big dent in the container. There was grease all over the inside of the bag and all over the sauce packets. They used to serve egg rolls that were hot and greasy, now they serve ones that are ice cold. Another time when we came my wife waited at the outside pick-up window for our order for an eternity because they forgot our order. They didn't remember the order so she had to tell them again and then wait again and they had the nerve to ask her if she had paid! This place has really went downhill from what it used to be."
