"I visited the Troy, NY location for the first time around noon and had a great experience. The counter service was quick and friendly, and they even brought my food out when it was ready, which was still nice and hot. I ordered the Classic Chicken sandwich (crispy) and a side of crispy French fries, both of which were outstanding. The quality of the chicken was nearly on par with the high standards of Chick-fil-A. My friend tried the mashed potato cones, which are basically deep-fried balls of mashed potatoes, and after tasting one, I know I'll be getting those from now on—they were amazing. The restaurant was clean, although the dining area could use a bit of an update. Overall, if I could give a rating of 4.5 stars, I definitely would!"
