"We have always appreciated the Bloomfield Hills location, but this one is more convenient for us. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, the quality of the 40-piece chicken bites has really declined. We recently spent nearly $70 on chicken bites and four sides because our fridge is out of order. The chicken bites were overcooked and so crispy that I was worried I might chip a tooth on them. They were small, dry, and excessively crunchy. They either need to be cooked for less time or made larger. The service was just as disappointing. When I arrived, the woman at the counter didn’t even greet me. I said, “Hello, I have a pickup order for Anna,” and she mumbled something I couldn't understand, handed me the bag, and then walked away. Overall, both the service and the quality of the chicken were disappointing. The sides were acceptable, though."
