"The food is fantastic—I’ve enjoyed it in the past, which is why I returned. However, I’m not too sure about the service. When I called to place an order, it rang once before going unanswered. I called again, assuming maybe no one got to the phone in time, which would have been understandable. After my second call, I tried again since the online information stated they were open. At this point, no one was answering, and my calls were going directly to voicemail. I called yet again—twice I got voicemail—and feeling really eager for their food, I ended up calling an additional 17 times, just to check if perhaps my number had been blocked. It's baffling, since all I wanted was to order food and I hadn’t even spoken to anyone yet. If the restaurant is busy, they should communicate that and ask customers to hold. Furthermore, if it wasn’t actually business hours when I called, they really need to update their online schedule to avoid confusing customers. A simple answer or communication when the phone rings would go a long way!"
