"I ordered on the app and clearly mistakenly put pay in cash in person. When I got there I handed her my card for payment and she said with a very nasty attitude. WE HAVE A MINIMUM. U SAID YOU'LL PAY WITH CASH U NEED TO PAY WITH CASH. I said oh I must've mistakenly put that I don't have cash, just my card. As I was about to say I'll get a soda to make it over $10.00 she rudely said GIVE ME YOUR CARD I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO DO THIS AGAIN!!! I said it was a mistake but I was going to offer to buy a soda. She rudely reached for my card, printed off the receipt, gave it back to me very hostile and walked to the back. No thank you have a nice day nothing.I am a regular here and have even referred people to go there but i will be passing along the word how rude this lady was and I will most definitely never be back.She needs to be replaced or retrained on customer service asap!!"

"DO NOT GO! The first time I ordered from from them I watched the guy pick up my check with his bare a hands. Then when I said something they tried to pretend it didn’t happen, so I had them make a new one and waited right there. Then I did not return for months. I figured I would give them a second try. I ordered food and they messed up my order even though I ordered in person and if they had any confusion they could have just asked. I get home to realize it and call them to let me know and the aggression begins. They lied, refused to issue a refund or deliver my order as promised. So I tell them if I have to come, they will not be pleased. They then say I need to bring the food back in the original container, like you know you already set up your food to eat and you can’t get back in the container. Very petty and impossible to put in the container!!!! I am happy to give by their food but don’t like the pettiness. When I am the person that should be upset. I get there and more yelling. Then threaten to call the cops and I say what will you tell them that you messed up my food and you fee you should be upset. Do not go there they are nasty in their attitude and food preparation. As of now no one who is cooking as on a single glove. Also the always over charge on taxes and charge customers 10-20% taxes when it’s 8.5%. Take my advice and avoid this place."

"We tried this restaurant on 10-20-24. Egg rolls were so small, and no taste. Pork fried rice was not even warm, absolutely no taste, funny yellow color, worst fried rice we have ever had.Vegetable entree was 3/4 zucchini, no flavor and again, barely warm. What a waste of $20. This was a takeout order. Do not recommend this place, and will never go there again. Food: 1"

"Idk who the new people are that are there now but my food was horrible. I ordered the sesame chicken and beef fried rice dinner and I was charged for each separately instead of the dinner option price on the menu. The sesame chicken had barely any sesame seeds and was very chewy and hard. Also resembled orange or honey chicken instead of sesame chicken. Got home with the food and there was no soy sauce in the bag with the rice. That was weird aswell. I will not be going back here!"

"How does this place have a 4-star rating? My second visit was just as disappointing as the first, which I had years ago, mainly because of the excessive amount of meat they serve. Now I remember why I didn't like it. The food is quite unsatisfying. I ordered the egg drop soup, which barely earned 2 stars since it was only warm, and the Lo Mein with chicken and shrimp. Wait, was it chicken and shrimp? Or was it just a mini-war of flavors? The chicken and shrimp barely resembled anything substantial. I could only tolerate a few bites before the whole meal was ruined. For $11, I could have found much better options in the area. The food was as bad as the overall condition of the place, both inside and out—simply disgusting."

"I cannot understand why this place doesn't have more reviews. We have been eating here at this place for year and years. Through a few different owners the food has remained consistent and that is unusual. I believe that they are one of the few places in Lubbock that you can get Egg Foo Young. We have ordered take out from there several times during the shut down and it was great every single time. We also routinely order their sweet and sour chicken and it never disappoints. I suggest you give them a try and you just might discover a new go to place for great Chinese food. Great food and great service."

"This Chinese restaurant use to have better food and better service a few years ago. I ordered food from them twice in two weeks and both times I regretted it. The food wasn't prepared with pride and seemed as if it was rushed cooked because the rice was under cooked and hard with no flavor whatsoever and fried chicken was burnt and greasy to the point of not seeing the meat and sent me to the bathroom. How can they see there's something wrong with the food and still bag it and give it to the customers anyway. Also whenever I ordered chicken and broccoli it always makes the bag messy upon delivery, my last order of chow mein had no looks or taste. People please save your time and money and don't waste it on a place that doesn't care about the food they feed customers."

"We came her on Christmas day for dinner. Our normal scoop style place was closed, so we decided to give these a try. And WOW, we were very impressed! I think most people are aware that any scoop style Chinese place isn 't going to be ultra gourmet food. But this beats most sit-down Chinese restaurants. My wife and I both got 3 scoops, and I got an extra serving of sweet and sour chicken. Everything we got was definitely more on the basic side, but there is nothing wrong with that. For being Christmas day, the workers were amazing too! Amazing customer service, and worked like a well-oiled machine. We will make sure to continue to patronize this place and make sure other people know how amazing this place is!"

"The price is just $2.99 per scoop, which is a great deal for what you get! I've loved this place for years. Their beef and broccoli is excellent, and the chicken is really tasty. You can't go wrong here. The atmosphere is great too! Just a heads up: the noodles aren't the same kind that Panda Express uses, but I always go for the rice paired with my protein. This has become my go-to Chinese restaurant."
