"I won’t say for all shifts but definitely the morning shift does not care about their work. They don’t care about what they’re serving. Yesterday morning on my second order I had a Baja blast freeze. They gave me one that looked white and melting quickly on the bottom, on top of that it was soooo light you can tell it wasn’t right. I told him it wasn’t right and he looked at me like I had two heads but complied and tried making another one which surprise surprise came out the same. He still handed it to me expecting me to take it. I told him it wasn’t right, I had to point out everything wrong about it. He asked which other one I wanted , implying there is more than one option. I ask him what they got, they just had blue raspberry of course so with no choices I took it. I also told them they should not be serving items that were not working or if it’s not right. Then, I go in this morning and when I get my food the hash brown is just hard. The thing looked wrong. Never coming to this place again even with its convenient location it is not worth the hassle."
