"Excellent Piccadilly! I've been rediscovering this restaurant and dining here regularly for the past few years. The food and service have consistently been great, and both the value and ambiance are impressive. The staff and managers are very accommodating and make sure you have a wonderful dining experience. It's especially lovely to feel 'at home' thanks to manager Dena and staff member Seewan; they truly take care of us and ensure we enjoy our meals. There are many regular customers, which speaks volumes about the place."

"We found Ramzy a few weeks ago and have already ordered from there three times! The food is amazing! The fried pork chops are my favorite – they are so tasty! My wife is a big fan of the pot roast. The chicken and dressing is also really good, and I even tried the double bacon cheeseburger with fries, which was excellent. It's a fantastic restaurant!"

"We hired Cape Creations for my daughter’s wedding on the recommendation of our wedding planner, Love Actually Wedding Events. Best decision ever! Cynthia is simply a genius with food! Our guests raved about everything from thehors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour to the main course. The wedding was almost 3 months ago and our guests are still talking about it. Not only delicious food but beautifully and artfully presented as well. We described our vision to Cynthia, which was basically for the food to reflect quintessential Savannah, and she DELIVERED. Additionally, Cynthia’s staff were professional, unobtrusive and friendly. The meal was orchestrated perfectly so that everyone received each course at roughly the same time. "This picture is of the men's restroom door I pushed to enter to wash my hands. As you can see the door is filthy and hasn't been touched up for years. I don't want to get into what the restroom looked like. They did not have cleaned forks and knives and we had to use plastic utensils available in packs at the counter. Food tasted the same but if I had gone in the restroom before I picked up the meal I would have left. If the kitchen looks like the rest of the place they're in trouble."

The catfish was poorly battered and overly greasy; the broccoli was also overcooked and cold. As for the red beans and rice, they were quite bland. Overall, I would rate the iced tea poorly; it had very little tea flavor, mostly just water and sugar. As a retired soul food chef, I expect better quality. Unless there are significant improvements to the steam line, the inexperienced cooks and line servers should be more aware of proper temperatures and freshness. I wonder if they would eat what they’re serving. At $34 for two lunches, it was quite disappointing. ---"

"Picadilly is the tried and true cafeteria style dining! Classic comfort food with local favorites that can't be beat. My wife and I had their fried catfish fillets which were very tasty, a companion had their red beans and rice with smoked sausage which he loved. But the star of the show was their carrot souffle, which if you haven't had it taste kind of like a cross between candy yams and pumpkin pie. It's the only carrots my wife will eat. Not fancy but very good comfort food"

"I ordered the fish, which was rubbery and seemed overcooked. The squash soufflé was unappealing, likely having spent too long in the heating unit. This used to be my favorite dish, but everything I tried this time was disappointing. I only finished the cornbread, while the rest of my meal was thrown away. I didn't receive a refund, just a $3 credit. I can't recommend this restaurant—it definitely deserves a thumbs down."

"I’ve been eating here since 2018, but moved in 2020. Today i came to get my fav (carrot soufflé i got the fried chicken (thigh and leg) steamed broccoli and carrot soufflé. Even was horrible! Like I’m not even hard to satisfy. First the chicken was still pink/red inside, the broccoli was sooooo mushy and had an odd taste (maybe old/stale) and the carrot soufflé was cold (pan was still dang near full) and tasted nothing up to par. I gave 2 stars just because customer service was good. But food today was wayyyy off. Maybe they just had a bad day"

"I ordered the turkey wing with dressing, mac and cheese, and cabbage. Honestly, the mac and cheese was quite bland and not seasoned at all, and the noodles were overcooked. The cabbage was unremarkable, leaving an odd aftertaste of something like pork, but again, it wasn't seasoned. The turkey wings were seasoned just okay, but they were a bit dry and not the best I've had. The dressing and the gravy, which included giblets alongside the turkey meat, were strange. The dressing was fine but had a strong aftertaste of sage or some other seasoning, while the gravy was bland and contained some unidentifiable white chunks, which I think might have been turkey meat, but it tasted off."
