"If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered delivery from this restaurant, and after waiting two hours (during which we made a couple of calls for updates), they claimed our order was delivered, but we never received it. When we called back, the person on the phone was extremely rude and repeatedly hung up on us. All we wanted was a refund for the food we paid for but never received.
It was through Uber Eats, but they don't use Uber drivers; instead, they have their own delivery staff. Uber told us we needed to contact the restaurant directly for a refund because it was their driver's mistake. Then the owner claimed Uber was lying about their delivery process and refused to speak with us further. Interestingly, when we called for an update an hour after placing our order, the woman we spoke to said their drivers were just about to leave and confirmed that they manage their own deliveries, not Uber. So, it seems that Uber and that lady were the ones telling the truth.
I've never had such a terrible experience with a restaurant before. Don't waste your money here."
