"The two 3 inch and thirds slices of fried fish were the most kosher member of the meal....Now, for the sake of speedy delivery I can commend only that since my order was successfully delivered 33 minutes after it being placed. Unfortunately, my order of Sweet Sour Chicken w/Veggie Fried rice; Vegetable Egg Foo Young w/veggie fried rice; Vegetarian General Tso’s Chicken w/ white rice; Broccoli with Garlic Sauce w/ fried fish, shrimp fried rice; Shrimp fried rice with peanuts; Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls.....was ruined once I tasted the sides of hot oil that weren’t hot (spicy) but just plain ol’oily. The Egg Foo Young was new for me and it was oily. I didn’t know if the container of dark brown sauce was for that so I used it and it made the Egg Foo Young more oily. The General Tso’s Chicken was not spicy (hot). The Shrimp Fried Rice with Peanuts was tasteless. The Broccoli with Garlic Sauce, Fried Fish shrimp fried rice was okay but without real good hot oil it was not enjoyable. The fried fish was your average fried fish and the most enjoyable, although, the vegetable fried rice was great also the spring rolls and egg rolls.It may just be me afraid of greasy dishes but I don’t think I was being considered here."

"As a person that LOVES Chinese cuisine, i had to write a review for this place. i work all over the island and I am always looking for Chinese food in my work area.I would RECOMMEND you to not waist time and money with this place. I ordered shrimp and lobster sauce with white rice and it was terrible. That’s my test dish for all new Chinese restaurants. I also ordered an egg roll and a small egg drop soup. The dish was extremely bland, vegetables were not cooked properly and the egg drop soup didn’t taste right. The only good thing was that they offer you big shrimps in this dish, everything else was not so great. Good thing I ordered an egg roll, because I had to chuck the left over rice and egg drop soup."

"This is my new go to spot for Chinese food in San Diego. It has a good size dining area that is usually pretty mellow. Not a lot of people stay for dine in. I do notice families like to come here and splurge. The portions are huge and perfect for sharing so it makes sense. I like the simple aesthetics of the place and the old school paper place mats with the Chinese zodiac signs.Now for the food. I love the food here. I've had the typical fried rice, orange chicken and bbq pork which is all amazing. Please come and try this spot out and I think you will like it but don't go telling everyone and make it a hipster spot. I like my local spots to stay divey."

"You know everyone has those days where you just crave some cheap quality Chinese food. I'm happy to say this actually would be a spot that could be put in rotation for whenever that craving hits. I was feeling super hungry so I actually ordered chicken fried rice as well as sweet-and-sour chicken. I was thrown off that the fortune cookies were in the desert section so I ordered two, but when I ordered I had over six or eight of them in my bag... So I guess I didn't need to order it. The sweet-and-sour chicken was probably the best part, it was crispy and hot, the sauce complemented it well but you literally had to just put a few drops because it is very potent and the color red, I know that's the standard color but it was a little off putting to look at ... It came with white rice which was warm. The chicken fried rice was good, I definitely was enjoying good, it did feel a bit under seasoned, looking back I probably should've put a few drops of soy sauce on top but with Chinese food I tried to avoid using too much soy sauce bc of the sodium. My husband got beef and broccoli which he did like, he actually enjoyed my sweet and sour chicken more though. The delivery was here within 35 minutes which wasn't too bad especially since the food came pretty hot."

It has a very long list of Americanized adulterations of a great cuisine.Deep-frying (like egg rolls, battered meat) is NOT traditional Chinese. Cheese (like crab Rangoon or cheese wonton) does NOT exist in Chinese cuisine. BTW General Tso Chicken does NOT exist in China, it is horrible unhealthy American invention.Americanized Chinese-style food is generally unhealthy greasy salty-sugared food. Finding authentic in America is a challenge.This place, though NOT true Chinese cuisine, has some acceptable Chinese-style foods; thanks to ability of the cook to make silken sauces (especially white sauces).FEW ACCEPTABLE ENTREES: Shrimp with mixed vegetables (white sauce); Vegetable Chop Suey; Steamed vegetables; Mixed vegetables egg foo yong; Four Seasons; Beef Scallions; Moo Goo Gai Pan.BUT CANNOT RECOMMEND any appetizers (too much deep frying), not the fried rices and not the noodles (useless calories). "The food took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive after ordering. The restaurant delivers their own food through DoorDash. When I called the restaurant after an hour and a half, the man said the food had just left and would be there in 20 minutes. When I mentioned how long it had been, he insisted I was wrong. After confirming the time, he said it would arrive in 20 minutes. However, it took 45 minutes for the ice-cold food to finally show up, with burnt dumplings. Usually, the food is good, but this experience was terrible and the customer service was awful. This will be the last time I ever order delivery from this place. Fortunately, DoorDash provided me with a refund as the food was unacceptable."

"I come to this Chinese spot at least once a week- and I always order the beef lo mein. Food is always fresh and piping hot. The flavors are perfect. Their egg rolls- are so freaking tasty! PRO-TIP order whatever you want as the lunch special between 11a-2pm (I believe, the exact times are posted online on their menu) and it’s like $8. You cannot beat the price, the flavor, the deliciousness."

"I don't believe I ordered the Hibachi Dog, but that's what I received! When I returned with my full plate and asked for a different dish because it didn't taste right, the staff member refused. When I requested a refund, I was met with the same refusal. I was told there was nothing wrong with my food and that the issue was with me instead. Having worked in food service myself, I know that whenever a customer complains, it's essential to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. I've dined here several times in the past without any complaints, but today's food was simply not good. Requesting a replacement dish or a refund shouldn't have been a problem. I ended up spending $10 plus a $2 tip on something I didn't eat, and I was treated poorly throughout the experience."

"The chicken wings were excellent. I ordered the Raymond dish, which was good, though I wished it had a bit more flavor and a different type of noodle. However, it was fresh and served hot. The iced tea was freshly brewed and very refreshing, and I also had a steak and cheese egg roll that was outstanding. Overall, I would give it a 10 out of 10, and I will definitely be back."

If you gathered the cheese and I’m assuming that the crabmeat is fine blended in the cheese, there is no sign or hint of crabmeat. "I am wary of reviews that give one star and tell people to go somewhere else. There sure is a lot of that in this area. Service is straightforward. They have a lot of orders and they do a lot. Don 't expect the flowery Service with a smile stuff. I prefer this. I just want my food, and they just want to make it and get it out the door. It 's a great symbiotic relationship. Their website screams We had some kid make this a while ago for school credit and we haven 't looked at it in a while. They give everyone their paper menus. The price is great for us and we get a good selection. The food is Chinese food. You order from the usual selection of Specials, rices, beef platters, etc. and you get the inexpensive rendition of it in some easy to carry box. This is a usual Chinese restaurant in a busy commercial area that is competing with usual fast food franchises. Temper your expectations. If you 're on the Internet looking for some fancy place that sells fancy food, you need to relearn how to use the internet to find restaurants. The lot is pretty easy to access. Most orders are going to be order and take out. This is not a sit-down restaurant by any means."
